Founder Story
The Story Behind Implevo
I’m Marianne, founder of Implevo. With 17 years of experience supporting families and individuals, I saw too many governance efforts lose momentum after the documents were signed. What was missing wasn’t more paperwork — it was compassionate facilitation, coaching, accountability, and steady support.
I began at PwC, working with family enterprises across the Gulf and MENA region, specializing in governance, continuity, and leadership transitions. To bridge the gap between structure and lived reality, I became a certified personal development coach and created Implevo.
Today, I work with families and individuals across Europe, the Gulf, and the MENA region — from my base in Portugal and the UAE — helping them turn vision into lasting impact.
“Continuity doesn’t mean sameness – it means conscious evolution.”
What I Believe
How I Work
Every engagement is tailored — no templates, no one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it starts with a Family Business Check-Up. Other times it’s a quiet coaching session with the rising generation.
I don’t push — I guide. My work blends structure with space, so you feel supported but not rushed. And when you’re ready, we move forward together with intention.
